Get more Movement …..

As we move into spring, it’s a good time to re-motivate ourselves to get more movement into our day.

Here are some ideas: Do some gardening, go cycling, or if you’re meeting up with friends, arrange a ‘walk and talk’. Or do some stretches while watching TV, park further away from your destination, take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator…. How will you get more movement into our day?
