10 Minutes to Peace….

Peace is accessible and easy to find. How? You don’t need hours of meditation; 10 minutes can make all the difference. 10 minutes is all it takes to soothe the soul. Follow these 5 steps:

1. Set a 10-minute timer and sit somewhere quiet, in a comfortable position.
2. Take a few deep breaths and allow your whole body to relax.
3. If thoughts arise, let them drift by like passing clouds.
4. Hold the word ‘peace’ in your mind and you’ll soon feel peaceful.
5. As the timer signals the end of your meditation, carry the peace with you
into your day.
