Don’t Let It Get to You….

If you let people’s negativity get to you, it not only feeds the negativity but can also deplete your positivity. So, the next time you encounter someone being negative:

Recognise

a) any impact it may have had on you,

b) that their negativity may be a reflection of their own struggles or insecurities, and

c) that you can’t control others’ behaviour or attitudes.

– Choose

a) not to absorb, internalise or buy into someone else’s negativity,

b) to protect your positivity by limiting your exposure to them, and

c) not to react, but respond more positively.

Until da next Tyme
