The Pause Effect….

Do you find yourself caught up in fast, fast, fast of the day-to-day rush? To move forward, sometimes you need to take a PAUSE. Pause to:
a) breathe and shift out of stress mode,

b) refocus on what’s important, or

c) go from emotional reactions to thoughtful responses.
