13 Feb Being Ignored …..
When someone you know ignores you, how does it make you feel? Hurt, angry…? Recognize and validate your feelings, and then, decide whether it’s best to talk it out with the person or let it slide.
Being ignored often feels painful because we are so dependent on others’ acknowledgment. Increase your sense of value and worth and then, even if someone ignores you, you might just be OK! Besides, who knows why people do what they do, it’s their choice and it might have nothing to do with you!
