Just the name alone brings images of a huge American style mall with shops galore and small eateries with the immediate vicinity.

Sometimes you are so spoilt for choice that you can miss little gems/ pockets of awesomeness.

Bills Bluewater restaurant is just a simple diner which serves contemporary Europen cuisine. they offer, breakfast, lunch and Dinner, but Lunch is the best time to visit, whether for a spot to fill your stomach or catch up with friends, – I can recommend the cocktails, Bills hit the spot.

Service was good and can get slightly crowded as they are limited with space, lunchtimes are especially busy for obvious reasons
