It’s another lazy day for me, my days consist of sleeping, eating, drinking and visiting the spa!

Which is not a bad way to live 😉

Today I want to share with you an experience that I had in the spa yesterday……..

CARIBBEAN STORM

What is that you may ask? Well for those who visit the spa often, each spa has its own etiquette , and there is always some one there to enlighten you on what is the norm at that spa.

So after the Hamman ( steam room) to most of us , you are to have a warm or cold shower and then head to this room.

This is a cubicle that is enclosed with a button, – the Caribbean Storm button.

Immediately yours ears are assaulted with the sounds of a tropical storm, which starts with a light cool drizzle, followed by a warm down pour – just like rain with sound effects included.

I had a full thunder storm effect with lightning and thunder, along with the tropical birds chirping in the background, it was amazing……..

For a total of 5 minutes , I was in the topics , it was awesome !

I will be making a few more trips before I leave here…..
