Juice passes quickly through your gastrointestinal tract like a little stream of sugar. Always choose unsweetened fruit juices as juice contains both sugars & carbs. Fresh pomegranate juice may be helpful for people with diabetes to decrease their risk of coronary disease. Diet Cranberry is also a good choice. Be sure to keep a close watch on your blood sugar levels
