It never feels good to be excluded or left out. But if you’re feeling the feeling of exclusion, accept the feeling and then:
1) Do the things you love to do and make yourself feel special.
2) Acknowledge what makes you special and praise yourself.
3) Recognise your own value and make yourself feel exclusive.
Go from exclusion to exclusive and feel better.
