Sometimes we can get a little blinded by our own expertise and for that reason, it’s useful to step out of our comfort zone and seek out new perspectives.

You might want to ask a younger colleague for their advice; they may offer fresh ideas; a simpler approach or a more adventurous one.

You don’t have to follow their advice, but be humble enough to give it your honest consideration.
