“I have to go work.” “I have to cook.” “I have to…..” is disempowering, it suggests that you don’t have a choice. But you always have a choice. Even if you think you don’t, you do.  So, replace “I have to” with the more empowering “I want to” or “I choose to”, and notice the difference it makes.
