When we’re feeling ill or under the weather, we often feel miserable and annoyed. …. The body affects the mind, but the mind also affects the body.

So, 1) accept how your mind and body feels, and 2) be kind and caring towards yourself. And as you return to a healthy state of mind, the mind will a) make better choices about what the body needs, and b) support the healing of the body, as it returns to a state of wellness.
