Girls I cannot stress enough the benefits of treating yourself to a luxurious body massage, manicure, foot spa, aromatherapy, body scrub etc, the list is endless, but trust me when Isay it will be worth it … YOU ARE WORTH IT !

Here are few that I can recommend, for the UK and one for the US.

BURKE WILLIAMS Spa in LA is the ultimate … I mean they treat you like a superstar and you even see celebrities getting pampered like you.
There are a few around and they are EXTREMELY high end , but worth every penny !!!

CITY POINT SPA in london offers a wide range of treatment at affordable prices in the heart of the financial district – its a well kept secret!

LONDON MARRIOTT HOTEL    has a superb spa facilities in the heart of Westminister…. stay the night too, the view from the 4th over looking the River Thames is spectacular!!

THE THERAPY SUITE  at the Park  Plaza in Victoria is on my list, but I have heard good things, so if you check it out before I do let me know.

Guys dont feel left behind , they all do tratements for men too : )
