It always feels good to be included. That’s why when we’re left out or not invited, it can sometimes trigger feelings of rejection and hurt. But there’s nothing we can do about it, so we may as well accept it and get over it.
What we can do is make sure we’re being an includer, by
a) not rejecting ourselves
b) not leaving others out.
