Many of us overthink conversations, decisions…..

Overthinking makes us over-exaggerate, overwhelmed….  If you want less overthinking, more serenity, try these 3 steps:
1. Awareness. Be more aware when you are overthinking.

2. Acknowledge. Realise it isn’t helpful or the best time to overthink.

3. Allocate. Schedule a time for thinking through what’s on your mind.
