When your alarm goes off, do you hit the snooze button?
As you know, you snooze, you lose! Keep hitting snooze and you’re just postponing what you’re avoiding; getting out of bed.
Here are a few suggestions to help you avoid hitting the snooze button:
– Be realistic and set your alarm for the actual wake-up time.
– Get to bed on time and get the sleep you need.
– Place your alarm out of reach, so you have to get out of bed to turn it off.
– Make your reason to get up more powerful than the reason for hitting snooze.
