It’s another new year, a new beginning, a time to let go of the past and embrace the new!

For some 2012 was a challenging year, not only did the world suffer some challenging moments, but I am sure we as individuals experienced our fair share of heartache and joy !

The question is what did we learn from our experiences?

Will we repeat the same mistakes that we did last year?

As human beings we are creatures of habit, so many of us will repeat the same errors as we did last year!

2013 will be a great year, only you have the power to change …..
