What limiting beliefs do you have about yourself? Here are 5 steps to overcoming limiting beliefs:
1. Choose one self-limiting belief you want to change.
2. Identify the cost of your belief to your work, life, self…
3. Emphasise any current evidence you have that undermines the belief.
4. Create a positive affirmation to combat the limiting belief.
5. Repeat the positive affirmation to yourself, as often as you can to build an empowering belief.
