Quick recipe for stillness
Total time: 10 mins
Serves: unlimited portions

  1. Find a quiet space.
    2. Sprinkle some soothing soft music.
    3. Sit comfortably and let your breathing become slow and steady.
    4. Add a little time to relax. Allow all the muscles to loosen up.
    5. Add 1 cup of silence into your mind. Let it simmer (don’t stir).
    6. For a minute or two, hold stillness in your mind and body.

It’s easy to make. Try it out and tweak the recipe to your own taste.
