Well, the solution is literally, under your nose: your breath!
You could try the 4-7-8 breathing before meals or when you’re feeling stressed
. Inhale for a count of 4, hold the breath for a count of 7,
and exhale for a count of 8 (and repeat this a few more times).
Breathe to release, relax and reset.
