I am sharing Secret#6
- Focus forward What are the goals that would make you feel good if you achieved them : by the end of the week, and the end of the month? Work out what to do to make sure you get there .
- Build a plan; break your goals into mini milestoners. Now focus on one step of the journey at a time
- Celebrate your achievements. Write down a list of all the things that you have done in the last year and anything you learnt from those that didn’t work out as planned .
- Imagine you are free. Write down how you would spend your day if you had total freedom. Now do it or at least work out what to delegate or stop doing so that you can.
- Find a difficult friend ( yes they exist ). Look for someone who can offer advice and challenge your thoughts and plans.
