Do you set deadlines that are too tight?  Add extra pressure on yourself?  How about, loosening up the pressure by setting achievable deadlines.

Just be more realistic when estimating the amount of work involved and how long things take to get done.  Remember to add some extra time to the deadline to deal with the unexpected – you’ll need it!
