It seems like there’s always something to worry about, right? But worrying doesn’t make you feel better or do things better. No amount of worrying about something that might happen actually stops it from happening!
So, 1) seize the reins of your mind,
2) put your worries in perspective,
3) stop thinking about worst-case scenarios,
4) think positively, and
5) focus on what is right in front of you. If you feel you can’t stop yourself from worrying, worry a little less!
