Good morning

Stress may appear to get things done fast in the short term, but in the long term, it takes a toll on your well-being.
So what’s keeping you stuck in stress?

This week observe what causes you stress.  Can you remove the stressors from your life?  If not, then think about how you can overcome your stress reactions.

Also devise two ways to make your life calm.  Think of stress solutions that are realistic and uplifting.
