Stressed into Desserts….

When feeling stressed, how often do you turn to sugary treats? Stressed spelt backwards is desserts. But you don’t need to be told how unhealthy that is!

When feeling stressed, rather than turning to sugar, treat yourself to a healthy pick-me-up of your choice. Try some sliced veggies and a dip, fruit-infused water or popcorn; or listen to your favourite music, an inspiring podcast or something funny. And turn stressed into desserts!
