Your mind believes the words you say. So, be mindful of the words you say. If you find yourself using disempowering words, don’t suppress them, just swap them with something more positive, and you’ll empower yourself.
Here are some examples for some simple word swaps:
– ‘I should’ with ‘I could’
– ‘I have to’ with ‘I choose to’ or ‘I want to’
– ‘I can’t’ with ‘I’m not willing to’ or ‘I can’ or ‘I will’
