When we’re going through the process of grief and loss, one of the things that may help us is writing a letter to the person we’ve lost. It may help us towards gaining acceptance and closure, and saying goodbye.
Write a line or two, a page or two, or even write several letters over a period of time. Say all the things that were left unsaid, express all the things you are feeling. Write about the best memory you have of them, what you miss most about them, what they meant to you…
