Our feelings are valid. But how often do you find yourself minimising, judging or rationalising your feelings?
Every now and then or when you’re not feeling good emotionally, take a moment to tune into your emotions and
a) accept how you feel and
b) acknowledge that it’s okay to feel that way.
Validating your feelings will help you cultivate resilience and empathy ,and gain clarity on
a) what you’re feeling and
b) why you’re feeling the way you do.
