Whats the benefit ?…..

When you’re doing things that feel mundane or things you don’t feel like doing, ask yourself: What’s the benefit of doing this?

For example, when you’re doing the cleaning, think of how you and others will enjoy being in a clean space. When you’re exercising, think of how good you’ll feel long term. When you’re tempted to stay up late, think of how fresh you’ll feel in the morning if you go to bed now.

Turn your mind to the benefit of the task, and you may spark some enthusiasm. This makes the doing easier and enjoyable.
