Do you have a tried and tested formula for success?  Albert Einstein’s formula was: “If A equals success, then the formula is A=X+Y+Z.  X being work, Y play, and Z keeping your mouth shut.”

Or does your formula look something like this: Right Team + Right Timing + Right Action = Success.  Or is it: Dreams + Determination = Success.
