Good morning ,
When you’re unwell, rather than focus on how miserable you may feel, try to:
– get rest, do simple soothing things and reserve your energy
for recovery,
– accept care from others and be a patient patient,
– reflect on the imbalance that may have led to the illness and
then reprioritise.
