Why we get Distracted ?…..

It may feel like, distractions come from the outside. But you may find that, the real reason why we get distracted comes from the inside. You may find that there’s an internal urge for distraction when you’re avoiding something, or when you’re feeling overwhelmed, or when you’d rather be somewhere else…

Next time there’s an internal urge to get distracted: 1) accept it, 2) face and fix what’s going on in the inside, and 3) engage your interest in what you need to focus on. This may ease the urge towards distraction, and turn it into focus. Then you can focus despite external distractions!
